Most prominently, Matt is President of Ballarat Carols by Candlelight Inc., and was instrumental in saving the event from cancellation and leading a resurgence in the scale, scope and fundraising outcomes of the beloved event.

Matt is employed in the renewable energy sector, as part of a management team delivering the largest wind project in Australia - the Golden Plains Wind Farm. He also brings art and media management experience to Voice FM, having produced a number of award winning theatrical productions
