    Craig Blomeley is a current Board member of Ballarat’s Community Radio Voice FM 99.9. With more than 25 years’ experience in Radio broadcasting, Craig has worked full time in both commercial and community radio.

    Prior to working in the media Craig attended Gary Mac’s Melbourne Radio School. Gary Mac was famous for working at 3AK apart of the Good Guys of 1968 also 3DB,3KZ & 3UZ.

    Craig Blomeley began his media career in commercial radio in Parkes NSW in 1992 At 2PK. After five years as an announcer and copywriter, he accepted a role as Production Manager He has worked at 2LM, 2GZ, 2MG, 3BA and 3CS and he has presented breakfast radio to afternoon drive.

    He first got involved in community radio in 1987 at 3BBB FM 97.5 when he used to present radio programs from “The Big Noise” (a student program), then progressed to Saturday nights on 3BBB FM. He would also produce various radio programs and conduct interviews.

    Craig has been a Board member of Voice FM since 2018 and brings with him a dedication and passion for community radio and understands the demands and complexities of broadcasting to the culturally diverse Ballarat community. He also presents the Friday Drive time Show every Friday afternoon between 4pm and 6pm on 99.9 Voice FM and loves the community engagement of being a part of his home town Ballarat.
